    As an accused person, you will need a Singpass to log in. You can access ICMS regardless of whether you are represented by a lawyer.

    You can pay for applications in ICMS via one of the following ways: 1. Online: Choose the e-Paymentoption. You can pay with a credit or debit card. 2. Offline: Choose the Payment kiosk at State Courts option and visit the State Courts during the operating hours.
