Jan 29, 2022 · NUS has officially launched two new digital platforms, the Internship-As-A-Service (IAAS) and conNectUS, to prepare students for the working world. IAAS simultaneously meets the needs of industry partners for specialised talent, and expands the scope of hands-on internship and gig opportunities for NUS students.
Employers are to post their internship positions on NUS's job portal, Talent Connect. Students will then see the jobs on offer, apply for them and send in their resumes via the portal. Employers are able to post job openings, receive resumes, arrange for interviews and tests, and finally, make job offers - all on this one platform.
Login to NUS TalentConnect portal. Search for job posting under Jobs & Internship Postings > Postings. Click on number of applicants. Find the student’s name and click “Offer Position”. Preparing Students for the Internship. Students are encouraged to complete a career planning and preparation course.
