Process Guidelines. ALPS Pte Ltd (ALPS) purchases drugs, medical and non-medical supplies and equipment, and services for Singapore’s three Public Healthcare Clusters (clusters) and their Public Healthcare Institutions (PHIs).
Since April 2022, ALPS has gradually rolled out Green Procurement, together with the Public Healthcare Institutions. Such Guidelines aim to improve the energy and water efficiency; and reduce and recycle waste within Public Healthcare Institutions.
