The Integrated Case Management System (ICMS) is an online platform for parties to manage any of the following cases: Criminal cases at the State Courts. These include traffic and regulatory offences at the Night Courts. Criminal cases at the Youth Courts. These include youth arrest cases.

May 21, 2024 · 21 May 2024 State Courts Announcement. The Integrated Case Management System (ICMS) will be migrated to https://icms.judiciary.gov.sg with effect from Monday, 27 May 2024. As part of the migration exercise, the system will not be available from Friday, 24 May 8.00pm to Sunday, 26 May 11.59pm .
