Mar 1, 2020 · As part of the STB’s efforts to go digital and expedite licence issuance to travel agents, STB will be transiting towards the issuance of the Travel Agent licence in a downloadable digital format via TRUST from 15 September 2022.
From 1 Jan 2023 onwards, all Tourist Guides will have to login with their Singpass,the TRUST Portal ID will no longer be available. From 11 April 2021 onwards, all business users (with UEN-registered entities) including Travel Agents and Training Providers
TRUST is a digital platform for travel agents in Singapore to access licensing information and industry reports.
