Fantasy Island was a waterpark once located at Sentosa, Singapore from 1994 to 2001, on the part of the present site of Universal Studios Singapore of the Resorts World Sentosa.
- New World Amusement Park (1923 – 1987) Opened in 1923 by a merchant, New World Amusement Park was the first of the 3 “Worlds” (including Great World and Gay World) in Singapore.
- Great World Amusement Park (1929-1978) Great World Amusement Park is the most recognised among us millennials due to its popularity in local media, and in many of our parents’ fond memories.
- Gay World Amusement Park (1936 – 2000) The third of Singapore’s three “Worlds”, Gay World was built by a Chinese businessman and served to entertain the pre-war and immediate post-war generations.
- Wonderland Amusement Park (1969 -1988) As the three “Worlds” faded deep into the shadows of Singapore’s entertainment scene, Wonderland Amusement Park emerged and found its way into the hearts of thrill-seekers and childlike revellers.

Fantasy Island was a water based theme park in Sentosa. Opened in December 1994 at a cost of S$54 million, it had numerous water slides and other features. Once a very popular park, it was plagued by several accidents, including two fatalities, and this eventually led to the closure of the park on 2 November 2002.
