Novokuznetsk ( Russian: Новокузнецк, IPA: [nəvəkʊzˈnʲɛt͡sk], lit. 'new smith's'; Shor: Аба-тура, romanized: Aba-tura) is a city in Kemerovo Oblast (Kuzbass) in southwestern Siberia, Russia. It is the second-largest city in the oblast, after the administrative center Kemerovo.
