Eligibility for Credit Card Application. To be a Principal Card holder, you will need to be above 21 years, earn a gross annual income of S$30k if you are a Singaporean, or S$45k if you are a foreigner.
To apply for a Principal Credit Card, you’ll need to be at least 21 years old. To apply for a Debit Card, you must be at least 16 years old and have a POSB Savings Account, DBS Savings Plus Account, DBS Autosave Account or DBS Current Account.
