  1. Dragged Across Concrete is a fantastic movie. Wondering what peoples thoughts are on this movie I watched it recently and although I did like Brawl in Cell Block 99 and especially Bone Tomahawk I definitely found that they felt a bit longer than they were and dragged (haha) on a bit for me.

  2. With little money and no options, the embittered policemen descend into the criminal underworld and find more than they wanted waiting in the shadows. Director: S. Craig Zahler. Writers: screenplay by S. Craig Zahler. Cast: Mel Gibson as Brett Ridgeman. Vince Vaughn as Anthony Lurasetti. Tory Kittles as Henry Johns.

  3. Dragged Across Concrete (2018) Discussion. This was an amazing film. This movie was a perfect blend between Action, Crime, and Drama. Wonderfully directed by S. Craig Zahler (only film I’ve seen from him!) Mel Gibson and Vince Vaughn stole show, but every actor who showed up on screen were perfect. The story felt real and compelling, the ...

  4. The problem is that, whereas Bone Tomahawk and Brawl in Cell Block 99 were 132 minutes long (slightly more than the typical drama), Dragged Across Concrete is 159 minutes long. 8. Sep 3, 2018 · Dragged Across Concrete Review. I've been anticipating this one for a long time, can't wait to see it. I love that it seems to be a massive 'Brawl in Cell Block 99' reunion. Zahler is fantastic. And I'm loving this drama acting from Vince Vaughn. Yes he is; finally got to see 'Bone Tomahawk' about a month back, such a great genre film.

  9. Aug 6, 2020 · I enjoyed it as an over the top violent thriller. I also recall being disappointed that the IMDB reviews had to become personal assaults on Gibson rather than honest discussions of the film. If you enjoyed this you should also check out Brawl in Cell Block 99.

  10. Aug 31, 2021 · View community ranking. Dragged Across Concrete (2018) is one of the best films of this past decade. Literally everything about this film is flawless. S. Craig Zahler is a masterful director and storyteller. He was able to craft a 2 hour and 39 minute movie and not have me getting bored or thinking it was dragging for 1 second.
