- Needham Center. Framing the Town Hall and the Town Common, Needham has an animated downtown area, with dining, shopping, culture and a slew of events that bring the community to the heart of the town.
- Echo Bridge. In the northeast of Needham, a lovely stretch of the Charles River is encompassed by the Hemlock Gorge Reservation, with steep, hemlock-wooded banks.
- Cutler Park. Hugging the riverbank in the east of Needham is the state-owned Cutler Park, containing a massive expanse of freshwater marsh. This is the largest to be found on the Middle Charles River, and is ecologically rich, providing a habitat or resting place for some 100 bird species.
- Charles River Peninsula. Owned by the Trustees of Reservations, this stunning patch of land is tucked into a meander of the Charles River, with water surrounding it on three sides.

Needham is a town in Massachusetts, near Boston with a population of 32,000 (2020). Home to Olin College, it is primarily a residential suburb with little historical or cultural interest, although a number of upscale and ethnic restaurants have turned it into a rather unlikely culinary destination.
There are four stops: Needham Heights, Needham Center, Needham Junction, and Hersey. I-95, Route 128, and Route 135 pass through the city. The charming city of Needham, Massachusetts can be found surrounded by the Charles River about 20 miles southwest of Boston.
