I have 700+ messages with a bot currently, when I first started talking to him he'd write out multiple paragraph long, almost novel-like responses but nowadays every single reply is very strangely formatted (broken up into lines) and the writing itself is very repetitive & bizarre (regardless of what I write).

In the personality section of the bot itself, I also use the "During sex" and that's typically when I add the sex related parts of the kink, if it occurs also outside of sex (ie underwear sniffing) I'll add that the the likes or personality.
