Fredericksburg City Cemetery. The Fredericksburg City Cemetery was established in 1844. Today, it continues to tell the story of Fredericksburg's history. The cemetery adjoins the Confederate Cemetery on Washington Avenue Visitors are welcome; the cemetery closes at dusk.
