NetLink Trust, formerly known as OpenNet, is the owner, designer, builder and operator of the passive fibre network structure (comprising ducts, manholes, fibre cables and central offices) of Singapore's Next Generation Nationwide Broadband Network (NGNBN).

Nov 21, 2013 · OpenNet, CityNet, NetLink Trust and SingTel (the "Applicants") submitted a Consolidation Application on 22 August 2013. CityNet, as Trustee-Manager (TM) of the NetLink Trust, will acquire 100% of the issued and paid-up capital in OpenNet. This acquisition will take place in two phases.
