May 6, 2022 · Ensure that your card is registered in Touch 'n Go's portal. Request for e-Refund. Fill in the fields as they are presented. For convenience sake, opt to have the funds reimbursed via your e-Wallet. You can do so by selecting the option for "E-Wallet" in the "Refund Payment Method" section. And You're Done!

Fill in our e-Refund form here or get in touch with us via email at careline@touchngo.com.my. Provide us with your TNG card 10-digit serial number/manufacturing (MFG) number for us to assist in blocking your card and process your refund of any balances, if applicable.
Step 1: Go to https://www.touchngo.com.my/erefund. Select Touch ‘n Go icon. Step 2: Key in your Card Serial Number (MFG No) and your IC No. Step 3: Select E-Wallet as Refund Payment Method. Select Refund Request: Card Termination. Step 4: Done and you will receive an email.
