You may use the Resale Flat Listing service on the HDB Flat Portal to help your buyer-clients in their search for a resale flat. Resale flat buyers must have a valid HFE letter when they obtain an Option to Purchase (OTP) from a flat seller, as well as when they submit a resale application to HDB.
