    • First things first, Ludvig’s surname is perhaps not as obvious to pronounce as you might expect (unless you are a Swedish native of course!) We are reliably informed that in the Swedish alphabet, a small circle above the ‘Å’ (as you will see when written accurately) is pronounced “oar” – who knew!
    • Aberg is from a small town in the southwest of Sweden called Eslov, a 30-minute drive from Malmo. The town has a population of less than 20,000 people but does boast a scenic golf course, Eslov Golf Club, where Aberg learned his trade.
    • Ludvig has two Swedish Golf Tour wins to his name, both coming within a fortnight of each other in July 2020.
    • Aberg attended Texas Tech University, representing the Red Raiders Golf Team. He finished No.1 in the 2023 PGA Tour University Rankings which earned him membership for the remainder of the season and the 2024 season.
