PERTAPIS CHILDREN'S HOME's mission is to help children who are victims of abuse to re-integrate in society through positive learning. The Home provides care to 80 children and young persons from the age of 4 to 16 years old. They are referred by the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) and Youth Court for alternative care arrangement.
Jun 26, 2019 · The Children’s Home was established in 1991 as a gazetted home and a place of Safety under the Children and Young Persons Act. The home aims to provide a safe environment and a holistic developmental of the children. Children admitted are from the age of 4 to 12 years old.

The walls of Pertapis Children’s Home are adorned with bright and cheerful drawings painted by volunteers.
