Dec 20, 2023 · This report provides a picture of the world‟s merchant fleet derived from data contained in the Equasis database (www.equasis.org). It looks at the make up of the fleet and its performance. The statistics are grouped into themes which could be of interest to the industry and regulators.
Equasis today includes information on more than 85,000 ships, practically any merchant ship in service above 100 GT. This detailed information is retrieved from more than 50 data providers which regularly contribute data to Equasis.
