Launched in June 2004, the Yellow Ribbon Fund (YRF) is the first national charitable fund devoted entirely towards the development and implementation of rehabilitation and reintegration programmes for inmates, ex-offenders and their families.

The Yellow Ribbon Enabling Fund (YREF) is an interim financial assistance scheme to help ex-offenders with their daily subsistence as they transition from prison to the community upon release. This support is also extended to families who are impacted by the incarceration of their loved ones.
Employers who hire ex-offenders from April 2023 to December 2025 will be supported by Uplifting Employment Credit (UEC). Our job portal, the Partners’ Repository Engagement Platform (PREP), connects job seekers with employers.
