The mind mirrors back on reality on Into the Badlands Season 3 Episode 10, “Raven’s Feather, Phoenix Blood.” Reflection is a large theme on the episode, as Minerva’s time in a dream state reflects back on the very world she intends to tame.
Was the real/current Minerva the red Scorpion who dominated the 'Badlands' or the Raven who came from the shadows but looked like herself? This entire exercise could have been her observing her darkness and killing it or it could be her acting on her ambition and actively taking it to ruin.
