Nov 28, 2019 · At long last, the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has finalised the long-awaited Master Plan 2019, following the teaser that was the URA Draft Master Plan earlier this year.
In March 2019, the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) unveiled key proposals under the Draft Master Plan 2019 (DMP19), which outline the strategies for Singapore’s development in the next 10 to 15 years.
The 2019 Draft Master Plan reveals Singapore’s first Underground Space Plan for Marina Bay, Jurong Innovation District, and Punggol Digital District. The Plan showcases planned underground uses at the district level in 3D map layers.
Singapore’s dynamic city centre, home to a global business and financial hub, is set to grow and become even more vibrant under URA’s Draft Master Plan 2019. The Draft Master Plan will see more diverse land use and plenty of job and business opportunities for the future economy.
