Jurong Pioneer Junior College (JPJC) is a junior college in Singapore offering a two-year pre-university course leading up to the Singapore-Cambridge GCE Advanced Level examination. The college was formed from the merger of Jurong Junior College and Pioneer Junior College in January 2019.
At JPJC, we provide a wide range of subject combinations to cater to students’ personal interests, abilities and future career choices. In addition, we are the only centre for Language Elective Programmes in both Chinese and Malay. Students are advised to choose a subject combination carefully that best suits their needs and aspirations.
Vision: College of Choice, Education of Value. Mission: Nurturing confident learners with a global outlook. Developing leaders of character with a heart to serve. In 2017, with the announcement of the impending school merger, the college held a Homecoming event which coincided with the JJ pioneer batch’s reunion.
Jurong Pioneer Junior College (JPJC) was established in 2019 through the merger of Jurong Junior College and Pioneer Junior College. It is currently located at 21 Teck Whye Walk. On 15 December 2018, Dr Hang Kim Hoo was appointed the college’s first principal.

Pioneer Junior College (PJC) was established in 1999 and opened its doors to its first cohort of students on 2 January 2000 at a holding site located along Science Centre Road, under the leadership of its first Principal, Mr Kwek Hiok Chuang.
