Apply or Renew My Passport. How do I apply for a new passport? You can apply for a new passport via the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA)’s Application for Passport On-line Electronic System (APPLES). Alternatively, you may submit your application at the nearest Singapore Overseas Mission.

To renew Singapore Passport, you may either do so online (APPLES system) via http://www.ica.gov.sg/, (passport would be ready in 3-4 weeks, please indicate that the collection point is in HCMC) or apply directly (in person) at our office (passport would be ready in 4-6 weeks, and payment is done at point of application).
