Headquartered in Singapore, SATS supports one of the world’s busiest air cargo operations at Singapore Changi Airport. With a total of six airfreight terminals, a Cargo iQ quality programme and ISO 9001 certification, we handle more than 85% of the airfreight volume that comes through Changi.
Our airfreight handling includes general cargo, perishable cargo, dangerous goods, mail, and e-commerce shipments. Our ground handling services include passenger and apron services, such as ramp handling, baggage handling, passenger check-in and onboarding, and aircraft interior cleaning.

Jun 26, 2024 · In the UK, in addition to renewing its cargo handling and UK domestic road feeder services with WFS at London Heathrow and Manchester airports, Singapore’s national carrier is also partnering with WFS for cargo handling at London Gatwick Airport for the launch this month of five Airbus A350-900 direct flights a week connecting to Singapore Changi Airport.
