樟宜机场的三盅两件是被翠竹环绕的，整个餐厅灯光非常暗，没有闪光灯根本拍不出什么，连食物都要一盘一盘端到灯下拍。 毕竟是吃饭的地方，对着别人打闪光灯好像不太友好，所以我最终没有拍餐厅里面的样子。 说是“Soup Restaurant”，它的招牌菜却不是汤，而是那盘庞大的三水姜茸鸡。 三水是广东佛山的一个地方。 据说三水女子制作的姜茸鸡味道鲜美，在以前牛车水一带是久负盛名的。 招牌菜果然是招牌菜，那盘子的气势就够有震慑力了，一盘就占了我们大半张桌。 中间是一叠姜茸，周围一圈的白斩鸡配黄瓜，摆得还挺像那么回事儿呢。 我正要伸手去夹，服务员姗姗来迟地端上一碟生菜（“生菜伴侣”这名字是我起的，哈哈）。 耶？ 原来是北京烤鸭的吃法哦！
