Telekinesis is a pretty good element for countering elements that use a lot of projectiles such as Arc of the Elements and is painful if you're not far from any user that has telekinesis. As telekinesis is able to a ton of damage up close.

Telekinesis' disruption cooldown lowered. Telekinesis speed increased. Acceleration's rapid impact damage lowered, bullet damage increased. You no longer need Accelerated Force to lower move cooldowns; you can shoot out bullets with the form off without a cooldown increase now. Arc of Elements' beam hits faster, damage stays the same.
