Nov 28, 2019 · At long last, the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has finalised the long-awaited Master Plan 2019, following the teaser that was the URA Draft Master Plan earlier this year.
In March 2019, the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) unveiled key proposals under the Draft Master Plan 2019 (DMP19), which outline the strategies for Singapore’s development in the next 10 to 15 years.
From the URA’s website, the Master Plan is “ a statutory land use plan that guides Singapore’s developments in the medium term over the next 10 to 15 years ”. It details the allowable land use in Singapore, and the density of developments.
