Check your outlook settings and ensure your email servers are set up as: Incoming Email Server set to ' imap.singnet.com.sg ', and Incoming port to 993. Outgoing Email Server set to ' smtp.singnet.com.sg ' and Outgoing port to 465.

New and secured setting: IMAP (Secured) Incoming Server(IMAP): imap.singnet.com.sg; Incoming Port: 993; Outgoing Server: smtp.singnet.com.sg; Outgoing Port: 465; Email Address: yourusername@singnet.com.sg; Password: SingNet Password; Note: Username and Password is compulsory for both username and password.
