Lake Piru (/ ˈ p aɪ r uː / ⓘ) is a reservoir located in Los Padres National Forest and Topatopa Mountains of Ventura County, California, created by the construction in 1955 (69 years ago) () of the Santa Felicia Dam on Piru Creek, which is a tributary of the Santa Clara River.

Apr 28, 2017 · Lake Piru is nice local close-by lake for boating and fishing. It is located in Ventura County off Highway 126 near the town of Piru, close to Magic Mountain. During the draught, the water level in this lake got so low that it was not fun to visit.
