Styrsö (Swedish pronunciation: [ˈstʏ̂ʂːœ]) is a small island and a locality situated in Göteborg Municipality, Västra Götaland County, Sweden. It had 1,304 inhabitants in 2010. It lies in the Southern Göteborg Archipelago of Sweden with about 1,400 inhabitants.

Styrsö is located in the middle of the southern archipelago and around 1400 people inhabit the island. Here you can find a post office, shops, cafés, guesthouses and restaurants. There are plenty of places to swim, from child-friendly sandy beaches, to piers and flat cliffs.
In the central part of the archipelago, Styrsö has two village centres (Bratten and Tången, both with ferry terminals). Bratten was a herring processing factory for decades, then later became a fashionable bathing resort in the 1860s. (There's still a cafe in one of the resort buildings.)
