Jun 29, 2019 · This. I think anyone who suggests Bevmo simply has never experienced a Total Wine - having shopped at 10+ of each, TW is way better than Bevmo in almost every measurement. I'd be shocked and pleasantly surprised if TW (or Bevmo) would consider setting up shop here. No idea what their demographic requirements are, but I wouldn't think we'd cut it.

Mar 9, 2015 · The roller rink on Oracle Road was Skate Country. I don't remember if that's what it was when it opened. I remember going there in jr. high. I think it closed but later reopened. It's now BevMo. It was Big 5 or some sporting goods place before that. The roller rink moved to a new location at some point in the 90's I think.

Aug 21, 2010 · They're trying to put a BevMo in at Las Positas and State, and people are in an outrage over it. There have been letters to the editor saying that it doesn't belong with Santa Barbara's culture, and that it would be a better fit out in Goleta.
Nov 21, 2017 · Trilogy has a ton of shopping nearby at Lake Pleasant Pkwy and Happy Valley Rd, which is about 10 min away. (Though I guess it depends what you mean by shopping...I'm taking Super Target, Ross, Bed Bath & Beyond, Bevmo, Home Depot...stuff like that).
