Unity itself, cannot produce a busy signal. It can however, produce a situation where the PBX would return busy signal to the caller: all of its ports are busy.
Jan 22, 2007 · The PBX should be using loop-current disconnect signalling which should cause the line to disconnect instantly. You best bet would be to dig into the NEC and determine whether it is sending loop-current disconnect signalling. If it isn't, it should. If it is, then there's a problem with Dialogic not detecting it.

Apr 6, 2016 · A couple of thing that you can check under Incoming calls settings on the CUBE added on CUCM: 1. The Calling Search Space for Incoming calls should have access to the Translation pattern or DN. 2. The significant digits entry should match the number of digits on Translation pattern.
