May 17, 2018 · The most effective way to contact China Post is to call China Post hot line 11183 or 11185 inside China. The hotline operator usually only accept Mandarin inquiry . If you are outside China, you can try to call +861011185 or +861011183 for English help(not always available).

Sep 11, 2024 · the receiver' address is wrong, he refused to accept phone call from China Post. Obviously he doesn't give you the correct address and doesn't really want to accept the return. This is a common game often played by those bad sellers, don't buy from such people.
Mar 24, 2015 · However, these tracking number have nothing to do with China Post and China Post can not verify the authentic of the parcel shipment. If you got such number over 30 days and can not receive the goods, you should open dispute to your seller.
