Jun 1, 2011 · suttano,it is uncountable...Since 'ethics' is uncountable..If am wrong please correct me..."Ethics" is one of those nouns which appears to have the same ending as plural nouns but which is in fact singular - there is a related singular noun without the -s which has a regular count plural: "Two distinct ethics are in conflict in this school".
