I have read MANY discussions of troubles with this transmission. My Dealer (Deien Chevy in Trenton, IL) went to bat for me TWICE with GM after I had some symptoms, see below.

Mar 29, 2009 · 9. unplug the wheel speed sensor connector from the hub. 10. remove the three bolts on the backside of the knuckle that hold the hub on. i believe these are 13mm. 11. use a puller and remove the hub from the knuckle. you may also try the method shown in the video, which requires an air chisel and hammer.

Jun 27, 2015 · 12439 posts · Joined 2013. #13 · Jun 28, 2015. Basically, with the 3.6l/6-speed combo, you get a 300hp engine with the same fuel efficiency (or better) as the 3.5L 211hp engine. On the highway, some have reported as high as 40mpg at certain speeds! City mileage is probably about the same between the two.
Aug 22, 2023 · Put a Lisle 24680 funnel or something similar on the filler neck. There are a half dozen of these so you don't have to buy Lisle. Start the engine, turn the heater temp controls all the way to hot, and fill the funnel. Wait till the radiator fans come on and the level in the funnel stabilizes.
Dec 5, 2023 · What a bunch of worthless info! First off, there are three of these actuators under the dash. One on the drivers side to the right of the drivers right calf for the driver's side heat (diver-side blend door actuator). One to the left behind the glove box for the passenger side heat (passenger-side blend door actuator).
