The Council for Third Age, C3A, is the administrator of National Silver Academy (NSA) and the Silver Volunteer Fund (SVF), as part of the initiatives under the Action Plan for Successful Ageing.

Minimum GCE 'A' level with two passes (prior to 2006) or two H2 passes (from 2006); or local Polytechnic diploma; or acceptable SAT 1 score; or International Baccalaureate; or NUS High School diploma. If not, at least 5 GCE 'O' Level passes & an interview.
Certificate of Participation will be awarded. Students will be informed of the collection period 3 - 4 months after the semester.
