You probably need a dev license from Sony and then you get the required documentation. You sign up as a playstation partner, sign your life away in NDAs and probably pay thousands for a dev kit https://partners.playstation.net. Don't forget your soul and let Sony be the godfather of your first born.
And the PlayStation support in Poland was a phone number I had to buy Skype credits to be able to call. Eventually, someone answered the phone. And luckily for me, I kept my Playstation 4 even when I bought the 5, so I read off my serial number, and 2 step verification was removed from my account.

Go to your profile on PS5, then choose Games and it will show you how many hours played for each game. This post is about the PS App showing the hours spent though. The app doesn't show hours spent on all games, so you can only view these number on the console. If the app does then I will reply how to check on the app.

the website constantly logs me out and when i try to log back in, it says "cant connect to the server" followed by a code, something like " 18.df4f4317.1700028389.2c52012" which changes every time. i talked to PS support and they said that they have been having issues for the last few days but it should be fixed in the next 1-2 days. here we are 2 weeks later and still have this issue.
