Officially opened by the then Prime Minister Mr. Lee Kuan Yew, National Junior College started off as the pioneer College in the Republic and our system has been the model for the junior colleges established in successive years.
Applications for the DSA-JC to National Junior College are free-of-charge and must be submitted online at here between 7 May 2024 (Tue), 12 pm and 24 June 2024 (Mon), 5 pm.
The Direct School Admission-Sec (DSA-Sec) Exercise is conducted annually. We invite all interested 2024 Primary 6 students to apply for National Junior College’s 6-year Integrated Programme via the DSA-Sec Exercise.

National Junior College ( NJC) is a government junior college located in Bukit Timah, Singapore. Established in 1969, it was the first government junior college in Singapore. NJC offers a two-year course for pre-university students and a six-year Integrated Programme, both leading to the Singapore-Cambridge GCE Advanced Level examinations.
