Pay to replace sim card (normally big Telco would out of good will replace it free) 2. Use Life line to get free sim. Asked me to report lost sim card. And this is free but once a lifetime with circle.

Feb 27, 2020 · But I don't think it's because Circles.Life gave customers 3G SIM cards for the $0 Flexi Plan. 3G SIM card is super old and introduced in the early 2000s in mini/micro SIM size only. When the plan was introduced in 2018 all telcos were already issuing 4G SIM cards in (pre-cut) nano SIM size.

According to some subscribers, Circles.Life has sent out emails to subscribers (as seen from a HWZ Forums member's post here) informing them that the $0/month Flexi Plan was being discontinued and that there was a promotion to upgrade to a 40GB plan for $9/month.

I never had problems using its roaming service in Malaysia (voice, sms, data) with the physical sim card before but with the esim, when I was in Malaysia for CNY, network connection to Circles.Life's roaming partner there was ...
Also, Circles.Life is a MVNO, using M1's network. So theoretically everywhere you're under the sunshine, you should be covered by Circles. However, if there's network congestion (kind of unlikely unless you're inside a crowded area like train tunnel), M1's Postpaid customers could get the higher priority (unless Circles and M1 agreed that both get the same priority).
