There's a certain level of irony here, in that a show like The Boys would have Vought try their damndest to convince Startlight that she needs these procedures to become more marketable, only for her to come away looking botched. And here, we have Erin Moriarty looking absolutely botched in real life.

Likely not surgery but prob alternative surgery which is rarely talked about. Eitherway she looks prematurely old and way too thin. i think she got buccal fat removal. her face looks sharper/pointier now, like more gaunt. her cheekbones are more defined now. her face was cuter before. now she looks a lot older.
