Mar 28, 2016 · OT- maxtor onetouch 4 need help i just upgrade my pc i use to have a imac from 2011 and i was using maxtor onetouch 4 external HD but i move to windows 10 and i have a problem now my external HD wont show on windows when i plug the wire the notification goes on and i can see the external HD icon, on devices manager but won't reveal on desktop or, on this PC option cant access the files

2) What happens when you connect the external hard drive to another computer? In the ‘Device Manager’ check if the device is listed under ‘Universal Serial Bus Controller’. It would generally be displayed as ‘USB mass storage device’. Run the hardware troubleshooter and check if it helps.

Hi kyee80, I did not see that, the exclamation mark means that the driver for that drive is not loaded correctly . . . Restart your PC and Windows should load a new driver for it . . .

Aug 6, 2015 · LO. LORIJEROMIN. Created on August 6, 2015. Maxtor Personal Storage 3200 Windows 10 not working. I just installed windows 10 and windows is saying usb is not recognized for the Maxtor 3200. I opened the device manager and unistalled it then reinstalled still the same problem. Answer.

driver for Maxtor One Touch III. I am using a HP IQ528d touchsmart desktop computer running on a 64-bit processor. I tried to get my Maxtor One Touch III working but my computer could not detect it. Message is cannot find driver. I went into Maxtor website and download driver OTC_EMC_Vista_Update [1] but my computer still could not work.
