Jul 12, 2023 · My Toshiba Canvio Basics 3.0 1 TB Portable Hard Drive (model number: HDTB210XK3BA) does not read on my Windows 11 computer. My Macbook Pro reads TOSHIBA's contents without any issues, but my PC can't. By the way, when I mean by "my computer does not read the hard drive", I mean that it doesn't pop up as one of the drives in file explorer.

But works fine with other systems with operating systems of 7,8,&10 even on tvs and androids.:-(I tried googling and self fix it. But this thing is not even showing in disk management. Pls help . I have a Toshiba Satellite L745-S4210 system. I cannot find any drivers and when I uninstall the device and reinstall it the device manager still shows a problem with the drive.
