Aug 26, 2009 · Also, keep in mind to not let win/loss (the outcome of any matches or the tournament) getting into your mind during the tournament. Have a good night sleep. If time permitted, have a good warm-up on the day of tournament, preferably just before your match. That is probably a better way to "spend" your energy.

Jan 23, 2019 · From my understanding, each tournament has 32 players with 4 players from the qualifiers. I'm trying to simulate the badminton tournament and would need an accurate gauge of the players ranking. I know that there are 8 seeded players but what I want to ask is what are the rankings of the 28 players (4 players from qualifiers excluded).

Nov 9, 2018 · So l would not be drinking any alcohol the week before, eating a decent amount of carbs in the form of nuts and making sure protein intake is optimal. For breakfast on day of competition, don't over eat. Make sure you have enough nuts, energy bars, bananas, water and protein powder mixes with you during the day.

Aug 6, 2013 · Victor Pro Court shuttles are really aweful. IMO it's wasting your money to buy the cheapest shuttle out there because it won't be durable or will be very bad in terms of consistence and flight characteristics. If you are so tight in budget, you can write that all players at the tournament spend their own shuttles!

Dec 30, 2018 · The automatic tournament planner in there is pretty bad (doesn't account for breaks all too well with people who play multiple disciplines single/double/mix, despite having some settings for amount of breaks (we usually play everyone two rounds and then a break round)) and leaves a lot of open rounds.
