Nov 14, 2023 · Ever since installing a Windows update about a year ago on my ASUS Zenbook UM433I I have had constant issues with no sound coming from the internal speakers. Sound works fine through plugging in headphones, Bluetooth and HDMI. Sometimes the sound works on the laptop speakers then it will suddenly stop working at all for days or even weeks.
Jul 8, 2023 · Indeed, I have no audio output on my Asus Zenbook 14 oled, I have no sound on my speakers, neither jack nor bluetooth, I tried to reinstall all the audio drivers on the Asus website (Realtek audio etc) nothing works, what's weird is that I don't see realtek appearing in the device manager, and also intel smart sound for oed fails to start.
Nov 4, 2021 · I have an Asus Zenbook Pro Duo with internal Realtek speakers. When I upgrade to Windows 11 it will not detect my speakers at all. I have done Troubleshoot which tells me my device is unplugged, which is not the case because they work fine in 10. I have updated the drivers to the very latest one offered by Asus which does nothing.

I want now to use the camera and it doesn't work with any application : camera, skype, zoom, etc
