Mar 21, 2018 · FrixkyKitty. Community Beginner , Jan 15, 2021. Open the signed pdf in Adobe. Open print dialogue (Ctrl+p) Change the printer to "Microsoft Print to PDF" then print. The newly created PDF will have the signatures and will behave as a normal pdf for combine/merge activities.
Oct 16, 2018 · ETA: Naturally, as soon as I posted I was able to figure out the solution: When in the combined files window click options and uncheck Save As PDF Portfolio. The combined file should now say Binder instead of Portfolio. Whatever I do - I now can't now combine files to create a 'binder' PDF - only a 'portfolio' PDF.
Jul 30, 2020 · Windows 10 only allows you to view PDF files using the Edge browser. To merge or combine PDF files, you'll need an app like Adobe Acrobat which have that function. You can also find other utilities online that works the same. Hope it helps!
Dec 17, 2009 · Yes, this worked for me. If you downloaded it as a PDF go to the drop, click on 'Export a PDF,' Microsoft word, save it. Then open the Word document and click 'Save As' then switch it back to a PDF. I was able to combine the new file. A lot of steps, but it got the job done. Upvote.

Thank you -- in my case I actually have to UNcheck "Save as Portfolio" but going to Options was the key. They probably changed it in the newer version.
Aug 25, 2023 · Solution - open Acrobat, select File, select Create, scroll to Combine Files to Single PDF. When the acrobat window opens, you will see the wheel on top with the Options, click to change Option settings. When the Options settings window opens, deselect the "Save as PDF Portfolio" option.

When you open Acrobat access the File Menu via keyboard shortcut using "ALT+F" then hit letter "R" then hit letter "M". This is the keyboard shortcut sequence to open up the Combine Files Tools without using the mouse.

May 11, 2016 · When exported, select all files to be combined and right click. Scroll down to "Combine files in Acrobat". When all the jpeg files populate, simply click on the Combine button as you would normally to create a pdf binder that can be saved, and each page in the new document retains its own information!
