Feb 15, 2018 · magic jigsaw puzzle - mouse problems. I have been having problems with the mouse during this game. It seems to slow the mouse down quite often and also often while moving a piece, the pointer lags behind and transfers and drags the main puzzle or some other piece instead. Anyone else have this problem (I am on windows 10)

Feb 28, 2020 · How do I get back to uncompleted puzzles? When I start a puzzle and then start another puzzle before the first one has been completed I can't see any way to resume the first puzzle. Does starting a new puzzle just blow away earlier uncompleted puzzles? What OS build are you on? Hit the Windows key, type winver, hit Enter.

Oct 25, 2018 · Re-installed M/S Jigsaw, and found the same issue. We went through all the solutions again, and still no success. We ran the Troubleshooter and it said that there were no issues. So we uninstalled the app and then re-installed. Re-booted the Go and then tried the app again. It still crashed/closed down.
