7/10. Bizarre, surreal love story. Falconeer 24 March 2013. This obscure film from Yugoslavia would probably be even more obscure if it didn't star the then-unknown actor Brad Pitt. And undeservedly neglected, as "Dark side of the Sun" is quite a beautiful, and utterly surreal piece of filmmaking.

When I buy tapes at my usual spot they are .50 cents each and the 5th VHS is free, I hope The Dark Side of the Sun was free.. On paper this sounds ideal: Brad Pitt as a "Boy in a Bubble" character but instead of a suppressed immune system keeping him in a plastic bubble he is allergic to the sun and always in an all-leather-black-gimp-suit while motorcycling around Yugoslavia.
