Persons who are in a coma can wake up, become INSTANTLY mobile, and attack someone. Rib Hillis played a pretty good psycho and weatherman - he ought to consider being a presenter at The Weather Channel. Have a drink and watch a horror show in "Lifetime Land". 6/10.
But Psycho Storm Chaser also has a hidden agenda regarding his MO. It’s simple and demented and makes you think that Psycho Storm Chaser could comfortably sit on the current US Supreme Court. My slight quibbles are regarding a supporting character having more of arc than the lead, but it’s worth checking out.
