In a Wesper sleep study using FDA-cleared clinically validated devices, we measured the sleep performance of participants after switching from their old mattress to a Helix mattress. Here’s what was found: 82% of participants saw an increase in their deep sleep cycle. Participants on average achieved 25 more minutes of deep sleep per night.
