Corppass is the authorisation system for entities to manage digital service access of employees who need to perform business transactions on behalf of the entity. Corppass is available for Singapore Registered Entities (both NRIC/FIN users and Foreign ID users) and Foreign Registered Entities.
After registering for a Corppass account, you may login to OneNS to access the ‘Employee Payment Management’ eService. On the eService, you will need to assign at least one Certifying Officer to verify and/or submit new claims or amendments on behalf of the company.
Go to www.corppass.gov.sg and log in via Singpass and go to My Account > View My Profile > Assignment Profile. This page shows whether you have default access or restricted access.
